Compliments and Complaints

St. Anne’s values all feedback from clients, carers, families and visitors about our services, including any compliments, complaints and suggestions.

We value everyone's feedback as we think the information will help us to improve what we do. We listen to what people say and act on what we hear. Should someone wish to express a concern or to complain about a service they will of course be treated fairly and a response will be made promptly.

St Anne’s regularly reviews the processes we use and we try to ensure people who want to use the procedure know how to do so and are confident there will be an appropriate response.

As part of regular reviews, we consult with our stakeholders to ensure they are happy with the procedure and that the procedure works well for them.
