Fenton Square - Top Team Award

The staff at Fenton Square have shown great team work and commitment in supporting a client with challenging behaviour to maintain a positive attitude when having to have nine teeth extracted which were causing him poor health and discomfort.

During this challenging period, staff supported the client to maintain all appointments to the dentist and hospital which was very difficult at times as the client would display negative behaviour. The team at Fenton supported the client to keep positive and gave lots of encouragement and reassurance to the client which resulted in the surgery taking place and positive results for the client to prevent further poor health.

Well done to the team for their great team work and commitment.
