Fernlea - Top Team Award

The staff team used tools developed as part of the Gold standards framework and this was the first time that such care has been provided at Fernlea. The Community Sister was very complimentary about the staff team and she felt that the client benefited both from the calming environment at Fernlea and dedication of the staff team.
