Leeds Domicilliary Support Team - Top Team Award

Well done to the Domicilliary Support Team at Middleton Crescent who were nominated for a Top Team Award by Graham Siddle in recognition of the additional work that the managers and staff team have taken on in growing the service over the last twelve months.

The service grew from providing 97 hours per month to 15 clients to providing 500 hours per month to 29 clients inDom Care Team March 2011. The managers, Gaynor and Stephanie assisted in completing many shifts themselves in order to ensure that clients received 100% of the contracted hours.

Also during that time a whole new staff team was recruited and continues to grow on a daily basis due to the excellent reputation of this unique service.
