Top Team Award - Netheroyd Hill
The Top Team award has been awarded to staff at Netheroyd Hill Road in recognition of their hard work supporting a client new to St Anne’s, who moved into Netheroyd Hill Road in December 2010.
The client moved from a Residential Care setting to Supported Living.During the transition the 
client displayed anxiety and behavioural challenges.
The client has overcome some of there anxieties and been supported to take on a positive outlook for the future.This has been noticed by professionals who have worked with the client and have complimented the staff team for the way the client has taken on new skills and a more positive outlook.
All the staff have worked very hard as a team in the interests of the client and organisational and shown great expertise recognition by other professionals outside of St Anne’s.
