- To be able to receive newsletter information from St Anne’s you will be asked to provide us with your name and email address.
- You have the option to unsubscribe from this service at any time. Any secure page on this web site requiring password access will require you to register with us by providing some personal details following which a password will be provided by the web site administrator.
- The web site contains general enquiry forms for services which will also ask for some personal details including your title, name, address, and email details. to enable us to provide the information required.

Who we are
St Anne’s Community Services (charity number 502224) provides a wide range of quality services for people who require support for one or more reasons. We work with people who have a learning disability, mental health problems, have issues around substance use – drugs and/or alcohol – or who are or have been homeless. Services include a variety of housing and accommodation based support and care, day services and community based support. St Anne’s is a major provider of services across the whole of Yorkshire and the North East. – www.st-annes.org.uk
As a charity St Anne’s Community Services promotes independence and support clients to enhance their abilities and skills in order that they can take a more active role in the community. We work in consultation with clients, their families, advocates and other professionals to create a unique ‘Person Centred Plan’. This plan sets objectives which reflects the individual goals and aspirations of clients and sets out the support required to meet these.
What types of information do we collect?
This type of information does not tell us who you are, but it does help us to improve our services.

How we store your information
We ensure there are appropriate technical controls in place to protect your personal details, for example our online forms are always encrypted (this prevents other people accessing them) and our network is protected and checked often.
We regularly review who has access to information that we hold to ensure it is only accessible by trained staff, volunteers and contractors.
