Julie Robinson RNMH, NVQ 4 (Management), PDip:Women in Management, TDLB, Chief Executive
Julie joined St Anne's in 1992 when she transferred from the then Calderdale Health Authority to take up the post of nursing home manager. Since that time Julie has held a number of posts at various levels within the organisation and was appointed as Chief Executive in October 2011.
Judith Micklethwaite LLB, FCA, Deputy Chief Executive & Director of Finance
Judith Is a chartered accountant and worked in the private sector as an accountant and audit manager before joining St. Anne's in 1990. She is responsible for the financial management of the organisation and business development.
John Baczkowski BSc, IOSH, Director of Governance and Company Secretary
John joined St Anne's in 1995 and is responsible for corporate planning, risk and governance. John is also responsible for maintenance functions and is St Anne's Health and Safety Adviser and Company Secretary.
Karen Newsome BA, MA, CQSW, PGCE(FE), PGCIM, Director Operations
After qualifying as a Social Worker, Karen held various management positions in the field of care and education before joining St Anne's in 2002. She is responsible for all operations, ensuring high quality provision in all of St Anne's care and support services.
Sue Carr, MCIPD, BA(Hons), PGDip, Director of Workforce Development & Communications
Sue is responsible for human resources, learning and development and administration functions. Sue joined St Anne's in 2005 from Leeds Metropolitan University where she worked as Human Resources Operations Manager. Sue is particularly interested in areas of change management, diversity and management development and training. Sue has held a number of HR positions at LMU where she worked since 1989, having previously worked for Leeds City Council.
