St Anne's Senior Management Team, led by Chief Executive Sharon Allen, is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the organisation.

Sharon Allen, Chief ExecutiveSharon Allen MBA, BA, MCIH, CQSW, Chief Executive

Sharon took up the post of Chief Executive in January 2003. Her role is to provide effective leadership to the organisation ensuring quality standards and best practice are achieved. Sharon has 20 years experience of working in the fields of supported housing and social care in both the voluntary and statutory sectors including working for Shelter, the Blenheim Project and Womens Aid.

Judith Micklethwaite

Judith Micklethwaite LLB, FCA, Director of Finance

Judith Is a chartered accountant and worked in the private sector as an accountant and audit manager before joining St. Anne's. She is responsible for the financial management of the organisation the administrative support services and human resources.

John Baczkowski

John Baczkowski BSc, IOSH, Director (Planning & Administration) and Company Secretary

John is responsible for planning and administration functions and is St Anne's Health and Safety Adviser and Company Secretary. John has extensive management experience gained in the Health Service, Education and the independent sector where he worked on quality assurance systems with a software developer. John joined St Anne's in 1995.

Christine IrwinChristine Irwin, Director (North Yorkshire /North East)

Christine joined St Anne's in October 2006 from CSIP prior to which she was General Manager Adult Services for Newcastle, North Tyneside and Northumberland MH Trust. Christine has worked for health in the North East since completing her NHS Management Training Scheme in 1996, she is a qualified RMN and worked as a CPN in Northumberland before undertaking her Management Training. Christine lives in Northumberland and is based in the North East.

Julie RobinsonJulie Robinson RNMH, Director (Calderdale/Kirklees/South Yorkshire)

Julie has been with St Anne's since 1992 when she transferred from the then Calderdale Health Authority to take up the post of nursing home manager. Promoted to Service Manager for services in South Kirklees in 1998, then joining the Senior Management team in 2003. Julie is a qualified nurse (RMNH) has an NVQ Level 4 in Management and a Professional Diploma: Women in Management, as well as being TDLB qualified.

Karen NewsomeKaren Newsome BA, MA, CQSW, PGCE(FE), CIM, Director (Leeds/York)

Karen joined St Anne's from Kirklees Social Services department where she was the Group Manager - Home Care (Adults). A qualified social worker with a wide range of experience as a manager of learning disability services. Karen also has experience in Further Education both as a lecturer and a manager responsible for support to students with disabilities.

Sue ChandSue Chand, MCIPD, BA(Hons), PGDip, Director (Human Resources)

Sue is responsible for human resources and learning and development functions. Sue joined St Anne's in 2005 from Leeds Metropolitan University where she worked as Human Resources Operations Manager. Sue is particularly interested in areas of change management, diversity and management development and training. Sue has held a number of HR positions at LMU where she worked since 1989, having previously worked for Leeds City Council.
