Commitment to the well-being of our staff

St Anne’s is firmly committed to supporting and retaining its staff and recognises that helpingwork life balance staff to achieve a healthy work-life balance is important in retaining high quality and committed staff and improving health and wellbeing amongst the workforce. Our definition of work-life balance is that:

“St Anne’s aims to provide staff with the opportunity to balance the demands of work and personal life, to achieve fulfilment and well-being, whilst meeting the needs of the service.”

We have put this into practice in many ways through our Work-Life Balance strategy and some of the key benefits offered to staff in achievement of this aim are as follows:
