Who's Who St Anne's Council of Management (Referred to as the "Board")( click here to view PDF) is responsible for governance of the organisation. Members constitute the Board of Directors for the purposes of the Companies Act and Trustees for the purposes of the Charities Act. The organisation's rules (Memorandum and Articles of Association) state that the number of members of the Board shall not be less than six or more than 15. The Company Secretary is John Baczkowski. The office of chair is held for three consecutive years. The Board has two delegated committees; the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee both of which report to the full Board meeting. The Board meets ten times a year.
