Respite care service for people with learning disabilities

Our respite care service for people with learning disabilities at The Brambles in Dodworth, Barnsley, opened in May 2009. The service is provided by a dedicated staff team in a 6 bedded purpose built bungolow. The team provides nursing care for people with learning disabilities and complex health needs. The service currently provides regular respite for 32 guests.
