Our respite care service for people with learning disabilities at Silver Street in Dodworth, Barnsley, opened in May 2009. The service is provided by a dedicated staff team in a 6 bedded purpose built bungolow. The team provides nursing care for people with learning disabilities and complex health needs. The service currently provides regular respite for 32 guests.
