Bradford
Services for people with learning disabilities
St Anne’s Community Services provides support to adults with learning disabilities who live in Bradford and the surrounding area. Our aim is to provide support to Individuals who need help to maintain a good quality of life and to live as independently as possible.
We work in a person centred way and pride ourselves on using a multi agency approach.
Support packages are devised by the client, helped by the people who are important to them and who know them best, and St Anne's care co-ordinator . Support to individuals is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure it stays relevant and is meeting a person's needs.
The Bradford Supported Living team is able to provide advice and practical support around budgeting, daily living skills, health issues, social interactions and any other areas identified by the people we support in order to promote their dignity, independence, opportunity and inclusion.
