Daleholme - Top Team Award

The Manager and staff team of Daleholme registered care home in North Yorkshire have been awarded a Top Team Certificate.

Some members of the team and a client supported at the service, are pictured receiving the award from Karen Newsome, Director of Operations. The team were nominated for the award by Simon Perfitt, Area Manager which has been validated by Mark Fennelly, Regional Operations Manager.

The teamhave all been through a significant period of change in recent months due to a variety of staffing changes and concerns about the future due to longstanding voids. The quality of the service has recently been validated by 3 recent external assessments and there has been the successful placement ofa new client with further referral enquiries. This is certainly quite an achievement.

By working tirelessly together under the direction of the Manager Denise, the service continues to thrive and be high quality, which is not easy in the present climate. Clients are receiving high quality support which was demonstrated in the recent inspection report.

A special thank you is due to Denise who has gone the extra mile to enhance the service and it’s reputation and at the same time keep staff morale high and the team positive.

Karen thanked the team, on behalf of SMT, for their exemplary team working in these challenging times, which is greatly appreciated and is making a difference to the lives of the clients they support.
