Mencap Treat Me Well survey for Carers and People with Learning Disabilities

As part of the Treat me well campaign

Mencap is asking local people with a learning disability and their families and carers what experiences of hospital care they have had.

Mencap are looking for responses from people all over the country and although the surveys focuses on local hospital care, it will help us to build a better picture of what experiences are like nationwide.

The survey is online but surveys can be printed off for completion and then the data added later. Although we have sent out the survey previously, we are looking for more responses. This is important to give a true indication of what is good and what needs to be better and will help us in our future work. The results will also be of great use to the local Treat me well groups, made up of local people and organisations, of which there are over 25 so far.

We would be grateful if you could encourage people to complete the survey and to send out to any networks you may be a part of.

The closing date for survey completion is December 31st 2018
