Most of our work is undertaken in partnership with local authority Adult Social Care departments, Primary Care Trusts, Supporting People Teams and Community Safety Partnerships.
St. Anne’s provides housing and accommodation based support in partnership with other housing providers and a range of community based services across the North of England. This range of provision means that as people’s needs and goals change they can continue to be supported by St. Anne’s. Current services include:
- Housing with support – long and short term
- Supported living services
- Residential care, including nursing care and specialist detoxification and rehabilitation (alcohol)
- Respite care
- Domiciliary care
- Day services
- Adult Placement
- Community mental health and substance use services
We continue to develop services where we know they are needed and that we are best placed to meet that need. Our focus on continuous improvement and demonstrating Best Value means that we regularly review our current activities and where necessary re-profile services.
Achieveing the Gold Standards for the second time in 2013, our philosophy of “Clients at the heart of everything we do” was found to be a “living mantra” by our external assessors.
