Holdforth Court is a purpose built hostel providing good quality single room accommodation, 24 hour staffing, a safe environment in secure premises, self-catering kitchen facilities (3 kitchens that clients can book time in and 2 training kitchens) and the opportunity to break free from the homeless lifestyle.
Aims and Objectives of the Service
The aim of Holdforth Court is to provide short term accommodation for single homeless men and support them to secure a longer term tenancy within the city.
What does this Service offer?
We offer fully furnished single occupancy bedrooms with shared facilities, 24 hour access to hostel workers, support to access move on accommodation, plus referral to support agencies after move on from the hostel.
Who should be referred to this service?
Hodforth Court accommodate single males from 16 years upwards.
Who can refer?
Referrals can only be made through Leeds City Council’s Housing Options service.
Following assessment, clients work towards finding suitable accommodation with their key worker as part of a structured resettlement plan.
