What does the Service offer
We offer 24 hour support with waking night cover. We take a holistic approach but nursing and medical care is sourced via the NHS.
Staff support each client individually according to their assessed needs with daily living tasks, social and leisure interests, and the maintenance of their health and personal care.
All clients and those within their support circle are consulted on their support needs and wishes via the person centred planning and review process. Clients are supported whenever possible to make decisions in all aspects of their lives, including activities, holidays, clothes, menu planning, decoration and choice of furniture within the home etc.
Clients are supported whenever possible to access activities of their choice within the local community. Staff also support clients to pursue existing or develop new hobbies and interests, maintain/promote friendships and family relationships, to use community facilities such as shops, libraries, sport centres, pubs and clubs etc.
