As part of its substance misuse services, St Anne's has been providing specialist support and treatment for people with alcohol misuse problems since 1973. The Harm Reduction Service (link to page) is based at St Anne's Resource Centre in Leeds. It offers a wide range of services to people who use drugs, those affected by drug use and to people who know someone who uses drugs.
