St Anne's has been providing services for people with learning disabilities since 1985 and provides a range of services to enable people with a learning disability to live as independently as possible in the community.
St Anne's can offer a range of accommodation in registered nursing homes and registered care homes and we support services users to live in the community with the back-up of our Supported Housing and Supported Living services. We currently have services in Leeds, North Yorkshire, Calderdale, Kirklees, York, East Yorkshire, Middlesbrough, County Durham, Teeside, Sunderland, North and South Tyneside.
St Anne's Learning Disability Service also includes a day centre in Huddersfield for people with profound disabilities and Leeds Community Carers, an adult placement scheme.
Our service is about much more than providing people with somewhere to live. St Anne's supports people to achieve their goals and dreams through, for example, opportunities for training, education, work and other daily activities.
St Anne's has a range of specialist facilities for people with learning disabilities - including frail elderly people, people with multiple disabilties, people who are offenders and people with challenging behaviour. Respite services are available to people with learning disabilities who live in Calderdale, Kirklees and Barnsley.
