Leeds City and South Leeds Community Drugs Treatment Tier 2 and Tier 3 Service

The Leeds City and South Leeds service is managed by St Anne’s Community Services and is part of the Leeds Community Drugs Partnership (LCDP) city wide community drug treatment services. The LCDP is a partnership of 4 organisations Disc, Barca, St Martins and St Anne’s. Together we provide treatment and support to clients across the City of Leeds. Please click on this link to view the partnership leaflet.

Our base is top floor of St Anne’s Resource Centre. 66, York Street Leeds LS9 8AA. We provide community outreach support and work with Shared Care practices to meet the needs of clients.

We have an established team consisting of doctors, therapists and community drug workers with backgrounds including nursing, social work, psychology, counselling and a variety of therapies.

Clients are the central focus of the City and South Community Drugs Treatment Service and are therefore involved in the planning, development and service provision. We provide an easy-to-access service, with goal-orientated treatment formulated around the specific needs and aspirations of individual clients.

It is recognised that different approaches work for different people, and the team has a commitment to enabling access to a range of possible support options including pharmacotherapy, structured psycho-social interventions, one to one therapies, support with housing, employment, education, complimentary therapies, group work and community based activities.

The essence and ethos of our approach is dedicated to enhancing coping strategies, minimising harm and promoting holistic recovery for individuals and their families affected by substance use.
