Azra Kirkby - Interim Chief Executive OfficerAzra joined St Anne's as Interim Chief Executive in October 2019. Azra is a highly experienced Healthcare, Industry & Third Sector Senior Manager and brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Susie Maguire - Director of Operations, Quality & Safety/Deputy Chief Executive OfficerSusie has been a registered nurse for over thirty years and has worked in a variety of settings including private healthcare, NHS, Social enterprise, mental health, substance misuse and prison services prior to joining St Anne’s. Susie is passionate about delivering high standards of care to our clients and recognising the hard work that goes into making this happen by all our staff.
Andrew Mason - Director of Human ResourcesAndrew joined St Anne’s in 2012 working within, and latterly managing, the Human Resources Department. He became a permanent member of the SMT in 2017 and oversees our HR, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Corporate Admin Services and Equality, Inclusion & Client Involvement functions. Andrew has a Masters in Human Resource Management, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. With a background in working within the not for profit and charity sector, Andrew is passionate about delivering high quality services through our people
Chris Burford - Interim Chief Financial OfficerChris joined St Anne’s in February 2019 as our Interim Chief Finance Officer. Chris has a wealth of experience working as a Chartered Accountant and MBA providing leadership in challenging situations at Board level since 1983.
Chris is sharing his diverse and extensive experience and skills working in a range of settings to his work at St Anne’s.
Naseer Ahmed - Director of Housing and Estates (FCIH, MBA)Naseer started his housing career in Leeds and has worked in the social housing sector for some 30 years as a result of his background he has significant strategic and housing management experience.
In various capacities, he has worked with many local authorities, housing associations, and has also delivered projects for the Housing Regulator.
Much of his early career was in front line housing management and engaging customers in front line service delivery.
He has fellowship status with the ‘Chartered Institute of Housing’ (CIH) where he also served on its ‘National Board. Other ‘Non-Executive Director’ roles include, with the ‘Together Housing Group’ which manages some 40,000 properties and with the ‘Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust’ which provides acute hospitals and a range of community services to a population of over 530k.
Naseer highly values St Anne’s and its staff because we work and support some of the most vulnerable people. One of his aims is to further raise the profile of St Anne’s work in the social housing sector. It was during his early housing career working with homeless people that he first came across St Anne’s.
