Azra Kirkby - Interim Chief Executive OfficerAzra joined St Anne's as Interim Chief Executive in October 2019. Azra is a highly experienced Healthcare, Industry & Third Sector Senior Manager and brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Susie Maguire - Director of Operations, Quality & Safety/Deputy Chief Executive OfficerSusie has been a registered nurse for over thirty years and has worked in a variety of settings including private healthcare, NHS, Social enterprise, mental health, substance misuse and prison services prior to joining St Anne’s. Susie is passionate about delivering high standards of care to our clients and recognising the hard work that goes into making this happen by all our staff.
Helen Simpson - Chief Finance OfficerHelen has an extensive background in finance, sitting on a number of organisational boards, across the UK and having a background in commissioning and finance across multiple sectors as well as working for large NHS providers and directing complex and intricate financial managements systems. Helen has championed having a modern and practical approach to finance and procurement here at St Anne’s. Helen is also SIRO (Senior Information Risk Officer)
Andrew Mason - Director of Human ResourcesAndrew joined St Anne’s in 2012 working within, and latterly managing, the Human Resources Department. He became a permanent member of the SMT in 2017 and oversees our HR, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Corporate Admin Services and Equality, Inclusion & Client Involvement functions. Andrew has a Masters in Human Resource Management, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. With a background in working within the not for profit and charity sector, Andrew is passionate about delivering high quality services through our people
Sharon France - Director of Housing and Maintenance EstatesSharon joined St Anne’s in November 2018.
Sharon has 32 years experience of working in social housing and has worked in Local Authority and housing associations. Sharon has also worked in homeless and homeless prevention. Sharon has a wealth of knowledge that she brings to St Anne’s and always strives for excellence and sharing good practice in her role. Sharon is also a Chartered member of the Institute of Housing.
