Meet our Senior Management Team. St Anne’s Senior Management Team are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the organisation.
Azra Kirkby - Chief Executive OfficerAzra joined St Anne's as Interim Chief Executive in October 2019 and was appointed as permanent CEO in June 2020. Azra is a highly experienced Healthcare, Industry & Third Sector Senior Manager and brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge.
Andrew Mason - Director of Human ResourcesAndrew joined St Anne’s in 2012 working within, and latterly managing, the Human Resources Department. He became a permanent member of the SMT in 2017 and oversees our HR, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Corporate Admin Services and Equality, Inclusion & Client Involvement functions. Andrew has a Masters in Human Resource Management, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. With a background in working within the not for profit and charity sector, Andrew is passionate about delivering high quality services through our people
Clynt Hall - Chief Finance OfficerClynt joined St Anne’s as Chief Finance Officer in April 2020. He is a qualified accountant with a breadth of experience in senior finance leadership roles. Most of his more recent experience is in healthcare, with organisations specialising in learning difficulties, mental health and elderly care. Clynt is passionate about driving St Anne’s performance so that we can continue to enable our people to provide the highest quality of care and to support even more clients as we look to extend our services.
Naseer Ahmed, FCIH, MBA - Housing DirectorNaseer joined St Anne’s in December 2019, he has over 30 years’ experience in the social housing sector in a wide range of roles. He has worked with numerous local authorities, housing associations, as well as the Housing Regulator.
Naseer is a highly experienced Non-Executive Director having served as a board member with several distinguished organisations including the ‘National Board of the Chartered Institute of Housing’ (CIH), The ‘Together Housing Group’ and the ‘Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust’ which provides acute hospitals and a wide range of community services. He also presently serves on the Board of local specialist BAME provider ‘Unity Housing Association’.
Mario Caswell - Director of Business DevelopmentMario’s background is within the social care and hospitality sectors, most recently as the Head of Business Development, Marketing and Communications for another leading social care provider. He has also been a Director of a homecare subsidiary where he championed the importance of continuity of care and the need to address loneliness and inactivity among older, vulnerable people.
Prior to this, Mario has held senior management positions within leading hospitality businesses, most notably Marriott International as an Assistant Director of Business & Finance.
Since joining the social care sector, Mario has developed a passion for progressive change, particularly around how we use data, technology and housing to support individuals to live a life that is uniquely right for them.
