Cherry Tree Dispersed scheme consists of two 4-bedroom residential homes named Orchard View and Cherry Tree.
About the service
The residential homes are situated in the small market town of Wetherby within a short distance from each other.
Orchard View offers a service for 4 adults who have a learning disability. The client age ranges from 50 to 80 years. The property is on three different levels but has a lift available to enable the access for clients with physical difficulties. There is also one bedroom with a tracking hoist available to support clients with complex needs.
Cherry Tree offers a service for 4 adults who have learning disability. The client age ranges are from 45 to 70 years. The property is on two different levels and is accessed via a staircase. There is one ground floor bedroom which has shower facilities. The main bathroom is on the first floor and can only be accessed via stairs.

Our aim is to provide personalised care and support to each individual depending on their needs, wishes and preferences. We aim to ensure high quality care is delivered by well trained and a competent staff team.
Cherry Tree Dispersed Scheme offers 24/7 support for all clients in a homely environment. Our clients are supported in variety of areas including personal hygiene, life skills, budgeting, shopping, social outings, recreational activities, days out and holidays.
Who do we support?
Clients who have a learning disability within the age range of 50-80 year old who do not require nursing care.
