Supported living for 4 young males between the ages 18-25. Independent living transitioning from services with more restrictive practices.
Aims and Objectives of Service
At Chapeltown Road, staff aim to provide the highest quality support for their clients to become independent, to achieve their aspirations, integrate and become equal and diverse respectful participants in their community.
Chapeltown Road acts as a bridge from restricitve practices to the community by teaching indpendent living skills such as budgeting, cooking, and cleaning.
Who do we support?
Young people tranistioning from living with parents, in residential care or in youth hostels who would like to to take the next step to living independently.
