We will meet with clients, referring agency and funders to carry out an assessment of need and any risks identified. This will enable us to decide the appropriateness of the service and agree support needs and funding. A decision will be made by the referral panel and all applicants and referrers (where permission is given) will be informed of the outcome in writing. There is a right of appeal regarding any decision and this will be clearly explained at the time of referral.
