Helen Barrett was nominated by her Manager Catherine Wood (Business Development Manager) for her positive contribution to her marketing role and St Anne’s overall.
Helen has won this award due to her commitment in her role as Marketing and Communications Officer which supports the whole organisation.
Helen lead on organisation of St Anne’s participation in the Tour de Yorkshire and did a brilliant job. Helen worked hard to ensure all the riders were prepared for the day and her attendance on the day involved her arriving at the start line at 6am, documenting the day and updating St Anne’s social media feeds live which was very valuable in sharing our participation with hundreds of people as it happened.
It has also been noted that Helen had taken on the role of supervisor for one of the apprentices, a role which is new to Helen. In this period Helen provided support and guidance to a colleague and helped them develop their business skills whilst also performing her own role to a high standard.
Helen has also supported the production in the annual report and has worked diligently to ensure that information has been shared promptly and appropriately.
Congratulations to Helen on this award which is clearly very much deserved.
