Gary took over a service which had very poor CQC reports and was being monitored closely by the local authority. He worked closely with his area manager Gayle Bingham and his team to turn the service around introducing new systems, processes, support plans and risk assessments and receiving an improved CQC report and improvements in quality in a very short time.
Clients speak highly of how he has improved the service for them and increased social activities.
