People supported by our Belle Vue Road and Hartwell Road services joined together for a week of themed activities with their support workers and service Manager Carolyn to learn about Mental Health Awareness Week. The celebrations ended with a special garden barbeque on Friday which everybody enjoyed!
Clients created their own Mental Health Awareness Quiz to find out more about the topic and the annual theme of ‘Body Image’ was discussed in the weekly client meeting. People then took part in a creative and supporting ‘positive body image’ craft activity by decorating white T-shirts with their own designs. We then wore the T-shirts to the barbeque party at the end of the week to show them off.

Thank you for our staff team and clients for making this an important and memorable activity for everybody. After all, good mental health means a lot to us.
