To celebrate all of our services receiving Good in all areas with CQC – with a few receiving Outstanding in some areas – we have been recognising the significant contribution of support services to this achievement.

Recently the role of IT was recognised by myself and St Anne’s. The contribution IT services have made to support Managers and teams to continuously improve systems and processes which help improve the quality of our services has brought about some impressive achievements in the last couple of years in the way we use new technology at St Anne’s.
In recognition of their contribution Dave Johnson and Michael O’Donnell were presented with a thankyou gift card – with Alison Kay who missed out on the Area Managers presentation the previous week – in recognition for their continued commitment to supporting services to continuously improve and were given a HUGE Thank You!
