Training is offered through a comprehensive range of mandatory and optional courses relevant to the care sector. Additionally we offer management and personal development programmes to interested staff across the Organisation.
Support is provided to staff to undertake external qualifications relevant to their job role and career. Additional opportunities include shadowing, coaching, job swaps and transfers.
All staff have regular professional development and review meetings including an annual appraisal with their manager. This enables individual development needs for the future to be identified and discussed according to the requirements of their roles, their service and personal career aspirations.
