Deana is a long-term Group Finance Director with significant experience in the UK Care Sector. Her career highlights include significant roles in the adult social care sector, where she has demonstrated a deep understanding of sector-specific challenges and regulatory requirements and now joins the Board of St Anne’s and specifically to the Audit & Risk Committee.

Deana is also currently serving on the Bank of England Advisory Panel for the UK Care Sector and having previously held governance roles with Northamptonshire County Council and the Ministry of Defence for the Royal Air Cadets.

Deana lives in Cambridgeshire with her husband and is most proud of four grown up children and two granddaughters. She is a keen global traveler and a regular gym attendee, particularly enjoying spin classes and swimming.
