HR and Recruitment Team

Hi, I’m Ashleigh. I’m one of the HR Advisors in the team and I have worked at St Anne’s since 2018. My role involves supporting and advising line managers and staff with HR related queries in line with St Anne’s policies and processes.

Since starting as the HR Assistant, St Anne’s has encouraged me to progress in my career and over the last two years have supported me to complete and achieve my Masters degree in HR Management and level 7 CIPD. Completing this qualification has helped me when advising on HR related queries and to progress in my career.

The HR team is made up of our line manager, 2 HR Business Partners, 2 Advisors and a HR Assistant. As a team we work collaboratively as a team to provide HR support throughout the organisation. Our Recruitment Team is made up of a Recruitment Manager and 3 Recruitment Advisors.  I enjoy working at St Anne’s and supporting both line managers and staff in demonstrating our PROUD values.
