James has 20 years’ experience within the social housing sector. He currently works for Hilldale Housing Association as their Managing Director. Hilldale provides homes to people working alongside other care and support providers so that tenants live independently.

James is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and is passionate about delivering excellent housing and customer services. He has a degree in Business Management as well as holding a CIH level 5 certificate in Housing from Leeds Becket University.

Originally from Bradford, he now lives with his family near Burnley
