PBS and Workforce Development Team

Hi I am Jacqueline,

I have worked in the care sector since 2008 and began my journey originally as a relief support worker who has developed through different opportunities, and by 2018 I was managing several services plus I was taking the lead on delivering training based on my experience.

In 2018 I was lucky enough to be part of St Anne’s Learning & Development team as a full-time trainer (my dream job!). Still gaining valuable experience plus supported by St Anne’s to complete my CIPD Level 5 in Learning & Development Management so a Chartered Member of CIPD. I am also proud to be a Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) and a Freedom To Speak Up Guardian (FTSUG). I have since started another new role as Senior Workforce Development Business Partner which is giving me lots of exciting challenges as well as having the privilege to work with more involvement with colleagues across St Anne’s.

I am highly motivated to deliver exceptional person-centred support for all and to build a strong staff team ethos. I work hard to be an upbeat and engaging facilitator, I develop high-quality training programs that are informative and productive, but interactive, fun and memorable.

I am passionate about helping people to unlock their true potential because nothing beats seeing someone reach their ‘light bulb moment’.

We are very PROUD of our 9 colleagues in our PBS and Workforce Development Team

Stay up to date with all things St Anne’s
