Quality and Continuous Improvement Team
Hello! I’m Hannah and I am one of the Quality and Continuous Improvement Leads.
I have worked for St Anne’s for 12 years, coming to the organisation fresh from university as a support worker. I worked as a Support Worker in a learning disability outreach service for three years before becoming a Deputy Manager and then as the Manager in the same service. I started my role as Quality and Continuous Improvement Lead in May 2021 and have really enjoyed learning about all of the different services St Anne’s has to offer.
St Anne’s has four Quality and Continuous Improvement Leads including me. The others are called Bonny Newbury, Donna O’Reily and Jo Gibson. We have a variety of different experience which makes us a great team. We are supported by our Data Analyst Laura Thomas who helps us to understand our information and the best way to report it, and Michael O’Donnoll who is our Digital Improvement Lead providing digital solutions to challenges. We are lead by our Head of Quality, Lyndsay Swales, who has worked in a variety of service types across the organisation as support worker, manager, area manager and quality and has been in St Anne’s for over 15 years.
Our role is to support managers to improve their services and ensure that they are meeting the requirements of their regulators. To do this we spend a lot of time in services talking to clients, managers and staff and thinking of ways to help them be their best. My favourite part of the job is getting to meet so many of our clients and staff and hear about all the wonderful things they get up to!
We are Proud of our Quality Team, who support our services ensuring we continue to deliver the highest possible care and support.
