Rachel is Head of HR at Sir Robert McAlpine Limited and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Rachel brings over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of human resources management across a range of sectors including retail, professional services and construction. Rachel specialises in reward management as part of her role at Sir Robert McAlpine.

Rachel became aware of the work of St Anne’s when the charity helped a close family member at a difficult time in their life. Rachel is passionate about using skills and experience to make a positive difference to other people’s lives in her role as Trustee.

Rachel lives in Leeds with her husband and two children.

Rachel was elected to the board in 2024.
