Catherine is a solicitor and governance professional with extensive executive and Board level experience across the housing and regulatory sectors. She currently serves as Director of Governance, Risk and Assurance at First Choice Homes Oldham where she leads on governance, regulatory compliance and organisational assurance. Catherine has previously held senior leadership roles at Onward Homes, Campbell Tickell and the Regulator of Social Housing. Catherine is passionate about using her governance and compliance experience in support of services that are safe, accountable and person-centred.

Catherine lives with her partner and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys triathlon and completed Ironman Barcelona in 2025.
