What is STAIRs?
The Social Tenant Access to Information Requests means housing associations need to make information about their organisation and services available to tenants. It means you can find out more about the services we provide, how we manage homes, and how we are performing as a landlord. We will publish lots of information on our website, and if you cannot find what you need, from April 2027 you will be able to ask us for it. This is about making sure tenants have easy access to information and can hold their landlord to account We already publish lots of information on our website.
