With extensive experience driving health and social care integration across NHS Foundation Trusts, Integrated Care Systems (ICS), and Local Authorities, he brings a powerful combination of executive strategic vision and deep statutory credibility.
Ryan holds a Master’s degree in Public Sector Management and Leadership alongside postgraduate qualifications as an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) and Best Interest Assessor (BIA). Throughout his career, he has specialised in joint health-social care commissioning, complex public law, human rights frameworks, and multi-million-pound pooled budget alignment.
